Information you provide

If you apply for or participate in mentorship, Breakout Society may use contact details, Discord identifiers, enrollment and payment records, messages, trade submissions, journal information, call recordings, feedback, testimonials, and trading results you choose to share.

How information is used

Information may be used to review applications, deliver education and mentorship, process payments, schedule calls, respond to questions, improve the program, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and resolve disputes.

Service providers

Breakout Society may share information with providers that help deliver the program, such as Discord, payment, scheduling, communication, storage, analytics, and AI services. Information is shared for the service being provided. Those providers may handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and website controls

Optional first-party analytics use a random browser identifier and campaign labels only after you allow analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser. Essential sign-in cookies support secure Discord access; advertising cookies and browser fingerprinting are not used. Use Privacy & analytics at the bottom of the page to change your choice.

Links to Discord and email open third-party services. Their privacy and cookie practices apply when you use those services.

Retention and requests

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the program, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and protect Breakout Society's rights. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing chris@breakoutsociety.com. Requests will be handled as required by applicable law.

Website analytics and Discord connection

Website analytics are optional. If you allow analytics, Breakout Society records a random browser identifier, page paths, page and navigation events, campaign labels, and referring domains. We do not record questionnaire answers, form contents, payment details, precise location, or fingerprint your browser in analytics. Event records are retained for up to 180 days through regular cleanup.

You can change your choice using Privacy & analytics at the bottom of the page. Declining stops future browser analytics. Ordinary Discord sign-in associates future consented visits with the Discord account you authorize. Earlier anonymous browsing is not attached to your identity later. Ordinary sign-in does not grant admin access or change server roles; the separate free-community verification process is described below. Disconnecting stops future identity association. Existing records are not removed merely by disconnecting; contact Breakout Society to request access or deletion.

Free Discord verification

When you use Verify in Start Here, Discord provides your account identity and current server membership. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser security signals and a challenge response to help detect automated activity. We check the result and Discord rules screening before granting the free Member role to that same account. This does not grant paid mentorship access. Security verification is separate from optional marketing analytics and does not require analytics consent.

Verification stores your Discord account ID, verification times, current server join date and role-grant result for up to 180 days through regular cleanup. Short-lived security-flow records are cleaned after one day. We do not retain the raw Turnstile challenge response. After a successful check you are signed in to the website; only future visits with analytics allowed are linked to that identity. Discord onboarding buttons record the account ID, action and time, plus optional self-reported resource reviews, for up to 180 days. Those measurements do not copy chat messages or application answers.

Historical mentorship questionnaires are stored separately for private application and student administration. Only the authorized owner can view these records in the admin page. Enrollment confirmations and record provenance are retained separately from website analytics.
